Sam's Club

"Man this place is turning into another Walmart. Two lanes open and all the self checkout is filled with people with 20plus things and I'm just trying to checkout with one item. Ridiculous how there isn't a checkout with 5items or less. I remember being in line for over 20mins one time with two things. It's interesting how there's 8 registers but only two open. Don't understand why there not nearly all open. Yall just don't wanna pay someone."

"HORRIBLE experience.. went to "just" make a payment (Credit Card). Lines were too crazy long, I tried to spoke with member services, and ask if I can have someone at the jewelry department and they refuse service on me, staying I need to make a line just for a payment. First of all, hire more efficient people and provide your services. Trust me, I didn't get those responses when I 1st open the credit card and your membership. Horrible management."

"I see they did away with having to show membership card which really was a nuisance because we need the card to checkout when paying for items. Then I'm so glad you bought back Member's Choice Chicken Broth. Thank You!! For doing that. It makes a huge difference when cooking with it. And lastly the Checkout was Great cashier directing for fast checkout. Thank you!!! Good Day at Sam's Club!!! That's how it should be!! Right"

"LOVE Sam's Club! (Definitely way more than Costco.) I'm not the most patient person, so their "Scan & Go" feature is the thing that I think I fell in love with. The fact that I can scan my items from my app and then pay for said items in my app when I'm finished is absolutely mind-blowing. That, and their variety of the things that I typically purchase, is also much wider. I gave one less star because I don't understand how they can only have 2-3 people working in the cafe at one time. The lines are usually crazy long, which means the employees are constantly scrambling, and I could see the physical look of stress on their faces and in their body language. It's really not fair for them... and logistically, effectively, and profitably illogical. The more you have working, the more that would be able to be served, the more Sam's Club makes, and the more people will want to return. And most importantly, the employees would be at least marginally happier knowing that they don't have to shoulder the brunt of the stress all on their own."

"Very big, if you pay cash the lines are big so I recommend scan and go in advance. Big store and very clean. The customer service line won’t take long if you go in at the right time. Very good prices. I loved this store as in from Los Angeles working in Vegas for 10 days. Perfect spot near the strip"
