"Car wash lives up to the name... "terrible". I have been several times and at least 3x (never again) the car wash has taken money from my card and never allowed me to get a wash. Go inside to tell the cashier and they just tell me to dispute through my bank. And for $13, you can get a hand wash and your car will look 1000x better."

"10pm july 10. Middle eastern employee. Horroble customer service. I called first from henderson stating im inside their stephanie location ,bought the $15 car wash and it broke down immediately as well as bending back mirror while malfunctioning. Asked if they had a car wash that was touch free and if i could bring my unlimited wash certificate down tonight and use it there since my car is covered in dry soap from other location. I was told yes so i said id be there as fast as possoble. Made the 26 min drive for bad customer service, lack of experience, and denying me a car wash. I should have been sleeping by now but instead om driving home from this huhe mess than will hand wash my car sp that the brand new paint is not destroyed . Amazes me these people are interviewed and than chosen. Must of had terrible applicant's . Sad thing is manager will do nothing"
