"Avoid. Overpriced gas even with car wash discount. Paid for a car wash but could not get it because the lane was closed. Clerk inside said "yeah, they close at 5:00". No sign, no notice that I would have to come back to get what I paid for. Asked for a refund of the car wash charge and the clerk refused, saying "there's nothing I can do for you. You'll just have to come back before the code expires". Will have to take time away from my job to claim the car wash I paid for during business hours and then will NEVER return to any location. Bad service. Don't deliver what they sell."

"Went to get my wife's car cleaned. Spent $30 on the highest level cleaning. I got a good exterior clean and a horrible interior cleaning. Have taken my truck there for the last 3 years and always had a decent experience. Maybe because my interior is dark gray leather. My wife's tan leather looked like crap. Only took me with a warm water covered paper towel to clean them, so it tells me the cleaning people didn't even try. I guess Fabulous Freddy's can have my business now."

"My wife went in for an oil change and was told "your fuel injectors look really dirty and need to be cleaned" by one of the mechanics. Well, she doesn't know that in order for you to visibly inspect fuel injectors you have to remove them, and that means you need to at the very least remove the engine cover which was not done. This is something that IS NOT accomplished in ANY lube center that I have heard of and certainly not during a routine oil change. So, of course they charged her 35 dollars for a bottle of fuel injector cleaner..... When I called and addressed this to the manager, he said he knew who had recommended this procedure and he has done this many times in the past. You don't fire an employee for cheating and lying to customers multiple times??? No more business from us, and I don't recommend it to you either.....they didn't even offer a refund"
