"Everyone there is nice except the lazy black woman on weekends who hates her job and probably her life. It is not my fault you lack social skills and education. I don't gamble there or tip anymore because of her. Actually, I'm going to 7-11 from now on."
"Very poor customer service. The woman to the counter who was excited about getting off. Great good for her. I ask for my change in singles and you would have thought I was the devil. Snatched my money fromy hand. I told her there was no reason to be so rude. She informed me she was ready to get off work. (10 pm.) I don't care. She is the person who represents your store. She failed you. I did win though I was able to keep my cool and my mouth shut. You'll never see me in you store again"
"This is by far the worst service we ever experienced. The woman in this location was very rude and a liar (I said woman as she is not a lady). The vehicle ahead of us in the car wash got stuck for like forever so my husband called the guy from the store to inform him. The guy said he will ask somebody to come and check on it. The woman then came out and manually did something in the machine. We wanted to make sure that we won’t get stuck when it is our turn, so we asked her if it will not happen again. She already showed some attitude, and at first we didn’t mind it thinking that it was already afternoon and very hot so she must be tired already. What pissed us off was when she said to us “It is common sense not to key in your code while there is still someone in the car wash.” Obviously we didn’t see the first vehicle, we only saw him when we were near the car wash. The way she said it was very demeaning as if she was speaking to stupid people. We just decided to get our money back and even at the cashier she had an attitude, so I butt in and said yes she was very rude to us and told them how she said the word she earlier said ”It is common sense...” implying that we were stupid. She said she didn’t say the word stupid and I said “No, you didn’t but you implied it by saying ‘It is common sense...’” and she even had the gall to deny it and said she didn’t say that. If she really didn’t say something offensive to us earlier then why would we decide not to do what we should have and just get our money back? The other cashier guy was more courteous to ask for an apology on her behalf. I seldom get provoked and I am always courteous to people, but how this woman treated us was really infuriating. We used to come to this location, but because of this incident We will never come to this place again and i certainly do not recommend this to anyone."
