Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

"waited an hour for a carwash just for the sensor to not be able to read my unlimited car wash subscription that i pay 35 dollars a month for. when i asked an assistant manager for help he said there was “nothing he could do” even though there is surely a way to allow me to go through manually. i ended up leaving this location without a carwash despite my long wait, then went to another terribles on rainbow to which my barcode still did not work for some reason, but was still let through manually. absolutely ridiculous customer here, never coming back."

"I just don't do rude. I live right down the street and I seldomly come in here. The gentleman that's working there tonight always has a frown on his face. Rude don't speak. Don't do nothing and I come in there so I know you have policies on carding people. I'm well over 50. No worries. I'll send my son to get what I need but other than that I'll come back in cuz I needed something. This fool outside smoking. Is it break time so when I walked in as a customer you should have walked right behind me to help me. That's tacky and none of my surprise because this is what I experience in Vegas tacky customer service."

"They do not accept PASSPORTS to buy alcohol! Lady on Monday evening said new nevada law says must have id to scan or no alcohol, I am 42 and been coming here for 8 years 3-4 times a week, terribles just lost long time customer. Can travel the world with a passport but not with a nevada id, what a joke"
