"Went to get goat.. 6lbs was about $100. The butcher was good. We asked for tender meat. He went and got a whole from the back freezer.. It's a 50 lbs got.. We wanted from much younger like a 20 lbs or less goat.. We settled for a whole leg meat and were hoping it would be tender enough. We got some baklava.. As the place is a Mediterranean store. Bought a few other spices."
"I've come here for years. My first few tries making curry was due to the availability of ingredients. My next project is lamb, they have it fresh or frozen and the butchers are cool. Located in the Spencer Warm Springs area."
"Always find that Middle Eastern spices that I could not locate anywhere. They carry a variety of food staples making it my first stop for foods from the old country."
"We were passing through Las Vegas and stopped here to buy meat and masalas to make our meals. The butchers were friendly and accommodated our requests of what we wanted and how it should be cut. The lady at the counter found a specific masala that we couldn’t locate. A good place for Middle-Eastern, Pakistani and Indian stuff."
"Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.. customer service was horrible. We ordered 2 pounds of beef short ribs and I don't believe they gave us beef short ribs. 1. They were too long in length 2. The taste of the meat didn't taste like beef ribs 3. The meat looked and tasted very old 4. Took advantage of my mother, who can't see and is legally blind. How do you guys operate like this? Taking advantage of an older woman deserves no credit in my book. Highly recommended people not to waste their time and money on this place. I'm a good-hearted guy, but this was unacceptable..."
