"I rarely write bad reviews but I NEED to warn people about this trashy, unethical practice. I'm absolutely appalled by how I was treated by the office lady Brandy and the owner, Walter Dimitroff. They were so unbelievably rude and callous to me all over a simple insurance question. Walt would rather hang up on you than resolve a problem! And Brandy is simply a miserable person. I've never dealt with more of an unprofessional business owner. I'm a very reasonable and understanding person but my interactions with the admin team were downright horrible. I can't believe Walter even has a license to practice anything - his people skills are mediocre at best. And they don't bookkeep correctly! I'd go in weekly and the receptionist would give me a different bill almost every time. She printed out my pay log TWICE so I could see the breakdown, but it never made any sense! I ended up paying whatever they said I owed to avoid the stress and disagreement. But I definitely overpaid! Both receptionists are rude and off putting. The unprofessionalism at this establishment is something else. Save yourself the trouble and find a kind, competent counseling service instead. My therapist on the other hand was lovely."

"Brandy is HORRIBLE!! I can’t believe she still has a job. She was so rude and unprofessional, when I came to leave a review I noticed most of them are about her and I can see why. I recommend NO ONE come here for they are very unorganized and lie all the time. Also the owner (Walt) is very rude and it’s clear he doesn’t care about helping people. The therapist I dealt with was amazing and feel fell horrible that they have to be around people like that. TRUST THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!"

"If I could I would give negative stars the office people are rude. Make sure u keep track of everything because they have horrible communication with the counselors and the office I ended up doing more than I should have even thou I showed them proof that I did all my classes and paid and one lady will say 120 than another will say 210 so all they care about is money please save urself and choose any other place than them horrible place they don't want to help u they want u to struggle p.s brandy is a bum"

Elise took the time to answer our questions and checked to see if our insurance is accepted. In addition, she set us up with a compatible counselor. I appreciate her went above and beyond to help clients."
