"Do NOT go here. Read the other reviews. They will lie to your face about being "in network" when they're not, and then slam you with large bills. They're sneaky and will try to squeeze every penny out of you. The actual appointment itself was equally disorganized and unprofessional; it did not feel like a legitimate practice. The front desk is seriously incompetent and it is impossible to contact them. I almost never leave reviews on Google, but I really urge you to look elsewhere for help. Do not go here, no matter how desperate you are."

"If you need professional help, I would recommend going somewhere else. I wasted $325 dollars here. The intake evaluation seemed okay, but the follow up meeting was a 5 minute video call where they ask the same pre-written questions from the first meeting. Still owed them $125 for a 5- minute meeting and it wasnt with the person I originally saw. They rarely answer the phone and when they do it will be the front desk lady every time. It's like pulling teeth trying to contact the actual doctor, I tried for weeks and the lady was rude to me and gave me excuses about how she's been busy with other patients instead of expressing some empathy for my situation. I was calling for weeks!! There is no way to email or call the psychiatrist and you will be forced into a game of telephone where the front desk lady has to speak to the provider for you. But that's not right, I'm a young man in my early 20's living on my own and I paid cash, I can barely afford it right now. I expect to at least be able to speak to my doctor for 5 minutes or be able to email her. A little communication can go a long way! I tried calling to get through and no one was answering so I assumed they didn't hear me so I kept trying. Then they blocked my number. So the front desk lady saw me calling the whole time, just didn't feel like answering. Seriously, I recommend going to anybody else. I had an awful experience and I wish I could have my money back. I feel scammed in the end. I am forced to take my business elsewhere. But hey, it happens. Thanks for reading"

"Dirty, smudged, and fingerprinted lobby with Christian instrumental music and Bible verses displayed. Edit: the public should know that after only two sessions (where I was responding phenomenally to my meds) they dismissed me from care without explanation. And no I didn’t walk around the lobby taking pictures of their dirty lobby. How rude would that be? I am a professional maid."

"I love this place, Jacqueline Williams is truly amazing and cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She has helped me and my family a lot. My husband doesn’t have insurance right now or money but she still helped him and came up with a very generous payment plan for our family because she care about her clients and wants to help them, she is not here to take people money or turn them down because of financial difficulties. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking help. There is no place better than intricate mind and body!!"
