Silver State Counseling and Therapy

"Sue made me uncomfortable, at first she was very friendly until one day she seemed very irritated and started raising her voice. When I asked for a different therapist she billed me $60 for a "no show up" appointment that I did attend, but on our first appointment, she didn't have a problem having the session 21 min long in a 50 min session. I literally had to reach management where they saw her virtual session for no longer than 21 min, and they took the charge off. I asked her for a doctor's note for work and never provided me with a letter, she kept saying that she needed her boss to approve it. I had to waste sick time and PTO to cover those times off work because she never provided me with a letter. I stared seeing Kelsey and it was great until I started realizing that she was useless, all she do is agree with what I was feeling reassuring what I said, and say "I'm so sorry you had to go through that" I was getting apologies for her throughout the sessions, okay so? Tell me how to cope with it, don't feel sorry for me. She really told me "you should write a book about your life so other people can feel related to it" they relate to me and then what? We are all in pain?. When I asked her for a doctor's note she told me she would have to reach out to Sue, but why? If I'm paying Kelsey to feel sorry for me. When I stopped scheduling appointments with her I asked her one more time for an update on that letter, and she told me she was off work due to her sick children at home, but then I call the office and she was there! They said that she was at the office all week! Then I got an email from her telling me that I should schedule an appointment the following week in order to get a doctor's note, what a joke!"
