Reviews
"A REVIEW: Complete Graphic Review: The first group home at HighGate St. was filled with aunts, bugs and, lice, and lower functioning bipolar, skitzo effective and Skitzophrenia and PTSD clients not accountable to bathe or shower. I had asked the group home owner if she could please take care of her clients. She said," she doesn't care these are my clients." At the second group home L Street she moved in a meth head who was using other clients items like my hairbrush and stealing people's property like ciggerates. I found a torch in the bathroom brought it to the owner of the houses attention and she said," that's my client none of your business whether she's using meth or not." I paid rent for 30 days of living there I only got half rent back and she made me put my clothes outside and wait. I have kind heart, when I lived there I cleaned everyday and cooked for the other higher functioning roommates and gave that new girl clothes and ciggerates who stole from me. I never once ask anything from anyone. I was completely taken advantage in this situation. The other roommates said, "his isn't the first time she has mixed in homeless, meth'ed out and transient with a smaller population in a group with functioning higher level mentally ill." I was kicked out and giving half a rent. With no other place to go. She chose to move a tweaker in verses keeping someone like me who is higher functioning in a household and wouldn't believe me when I told her about theft from this person and misuage of my stuff. I suggest getting a better owner who runs your houses and "actually cares," about running solid homes and her clients health and physical health. A owner who doesn't just care about money. I feel mentally ill people are by far the most taken advantage of in these situation. I have 4 diagnosises I have bulimia, BPD, PTSD and Bipolar 2 and 3 chronic diseases I deal with. Find a owner who actually cares about healing and loving those who need help and cares about putting people together that actually work together as small teams. Hope this helps save another mentally ill girl getting kicked out or mistreated by the owner!"
"I have not been yet, but when I called to see if I could get a diagnoses they gave me a referral over the phone. Super nice to talk to and very informative . Customer service is still alive!!! I will be using them for therapy. Thanks!"
