"Dr. Toledo was nice and informative. BUT the other male gynecologist seen me a few days ago for my ovarian cyst. My cyst is LARGE and extremely painful which he is aware of. I went to schedule a surgery for removal and get pain meds because I started my cycle and the cyst is excruciating. The Dr. was supposed to send my meds to CVS and has yet to do it. Today is FRIDAY and my appointment was Monday. My pain meds have still not been sent. On top of that, I paid cash for my visit and nothing was resolved. I am still in pain and no longer want to visit this office as I feel that my pain was taken lightly. I wasn’t even contacted about scheduling my surgery. I wasted time and money. I guess the Dr. just wants me to go back to the ER, which is fine. But why wasn’t my pain meds sent ?! Why have I been calling everyday and getting the same response, that the dr “will send it”. I’ve asked for a follow up and yet, NOTHING. Very unprofessional. I will never visit this dr. Office again. The office is near my home and convenient but as far as my health and pain being taken lightly, I now have a bad taste in my mouth. I got my husband to switch his primary care here, but now, we BOTH will find care elsewhere. Idk if the dr. Didn’t send my meds because it’s a narcotic, but he didn’t send anything !! If he didn’t want to send the meds that I had previously he could’ve sent literally anything else. I don’t care what it is I just need some type of relief. So thanks for taking my money and literally nothing else. Which is crazy , considering the size and location of my cyst. Situations like these are scary because so often women of color suffer because our pain and health does not seem to be as important as others. Do your research on how many of us die because our health concerns are not a priority. Do better !"

"Dr. Toledo is the BEST! He has delivered all my 3 children since 2008. I have referred plenty of women to him and they all shared the best experience. All the staff are friendly and I have never had any issues. Yes, sometimes the waiting room can be busy but isn't that a sign of a great Doc.? I would gladly wait to be seen by Toledo or anyone in his office if I had too because being in good hands is worth the wait!"
