"I booked an appointment and after waiting over 30 minutes I requested to book a second time and left. I booked for the earliest appointment on my 2nd visit and still waited a long time. It's very frustrating to book an appointment and wait for long periods of time without any communication on when you will be helped."

"This place is absolutely disgusting! All they want from you is your money! Never tell you how much procedures cost. They bill you later for extra money when you didn't even get anything done. Reception isn't the nicest but hey everyone is just doing their jobs. Definitely don't recommend. Would probably be best to spend you money elsewhere you just might actually get something out of it."

"After being a patient for 15 years I can not continue to pay them my hard earned money. It was never this bad until the past few years. Front desk staff has no class or professional attitude. Every visit and phone call makes you feel like the biggest burden on their lives. Condescending Karen's voice mails leaves you feeling a severe lack of care. Brenda a "manager" huffs and puffs around as if she is to good to work there. After explaining to Dr.Gatlin that his staff was lacking, the following visit I was made to wait for an hour to be seen and greeted with a well we can't help you see you next year for a check up I decided to leave. I was confused because my prior visits with him had been nice. He cared about my symptoms and had sent me fir multiple tests. So all the sudden now you can't help?...or was your staff running your office and forcing paying patients away?..I was even asked if I had cancer in my family history. The response when I said yes was "bad news for them good news for you"..? This office needs closed and I pray this staff never works for a doctor or healthcare provider agian."
