"I had seen a lot of these reviews, many of which were negative, but I was referred to this clinic by my doctor, who I trust very much. I honestly had a great experience here. Dr. Feng is bright, thorough, professional, engaged in the conversation, and listened to my concerns. Her recommendations were proactive, and I felt like I was in great hands with someone who cares about my health. The staff were also excellent, attentive, friendly, and helpful. I have zero complaints, and will make this my home base for all OBGYN care going forward."

"I’ve been going to Dr Feng for over 13 years. She delivered my 13 year old daughter. Dr Feng listens to all my concerns and has great bedside manners. I always recommend her to friends. She is a great doctor."

"I really wanted to give Dr. Feng a chance even though the reviews were not so great but she was the only one with an immediate opening. I had my 1st visit and had informed her that my husband and I are considering trying to have our first baby and I've never been pregnant nor have I ever been pregnant and I have an IUD. I was really seeking guidance and got "Have you thought about IVF?". Those were the first words out of her mouth. I thought she would have said let's run some tests and see if you and your husband are healthy and do an egg/sperm count. I had my pap smear and the IUD strings were not visible so I was scheduled for a 2nd visit for ultrasound and 3rd visit for the removal of the IUD. I was provided a prescription (induce contractions) to use for my scheduled 3rd visit. 2nd visit came and the assistant confirmed with me that I was having an ultrasound along with removal of the IUD. I informed her no I was told that it was going to be removed on my 3rd visit and I can't do it today because I didn't use the prescription. I could have saved a $60 co-pay. Dr. Feng came into the room and did the ultrasound and didn't say much to me and walked out and immediately came back and took a pic and said "ok you can checkout" without giving me time to ask her where it is in the ultrasound. She didn't even review it with me. 3rd appointment came, I followed the instructions for the prescription and took an 800mg of ibuprofen (learned from my past experience that I definitely needed it). Informed Dr. Feng that I didn't feel any contractions at all. She proceeded and I felt like I was being jabbed inside, the pain made me cry and I have a high pain tolerance. She asked me if I needed a break and I said yes. After the short break she tried again but gave up really quickly and said "Do you want to have surgery?". I was in tears and said "I'm in pain right now I can't think". She said ok my assistant will help you. I laid there for a while in pain and shock of the treatment I received. There was definitely lack of empathy and tact. Needless to say I will not be coming back nor recommend her. I gave her 3 chances and not one visit has been pleasant. I can't imagine being pregnant and going to her. I made another appointment with a different doctor with way better reviews even though the next available is 4 months out."

"This office staff is incompetent and Dr. Feng does not have good bedside manner. I had to get in to see a doctor asap and they were the only one who could get me in same day so I went, despite the 2.5 stars. I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and left the office but I was desperate for answers about a large mass in my uterus that was discovered at ER. When I got to the office the front desk told me that since my deductible wasn’t met they were going to have to charge me the non-insured price for a consultation which was $300! I was shocked. I told them that made no sense and verified again that they were in network with my insurance. They assured me they were. Because of my situation, I decided to pay cause I needed more answers and decided to call my insurance when I got home. The visit was 5 min. Doctor Feng did not explain things and ordered more tests and told me I should just get a hysterectomy before even knowing what is causing this mass. She did not seem compassionate and was very rushed and didn’t explain any of the tests she was ordering. I had to ask her and the front desk while I was checking out to clarify. My insurance told me they are not in network and that the office gave me false information. I tried to call back to talk to office manager and get my funds back because it was their mistake for telling me I was in network. A visit with OBGYN should only be a $35 copay but all they wanted was my money and that is clear now. I am so furious and will be filing an appeal as well as a dispute if they do not correct their mistake. Do not go to this doctor!!!!"

"I wished I had read the bad reviews before visiting Dr. Feng because they’re all true. I would give her 0 stars if I could. She spends less than 5-10 minutes with you and doesn’t even ask questions about your wellness or explain anything she’s doing. The last appointment I had with her I had a colposcopy and AS SHE WAS DOING THE PROCEDURE she asked if I completely understood what the procedure was. I said “I think so? Your office briefly explained it to me” but I asked her to clarify and she said “Oh, I don’t have enough time for that”. What??? Aren’t you my doctor??! I had severe cramping, bleeding, and anxiety because of her. She shows absolutely no bedside manner, compassion, or even basic tolerance for her patients. The staff is wonderful but I’ve never received such horrible treatment from an OBGYN before. My recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and find yourself a doctor who actually cares."
