"I have NO CLUE why there are any negative reviews. I've been a client here for about 7 years & I only have positive things to say! I have been to a couple different obgyn's in the past & Dr.Langdon is by far my absolute favorite. She makes you feel so comfortable & she's so reassuring! There's a light on her that I just love. She has delivered 2 of my children. The staff is nice & the waiting room is very comfortable. They play movies & have a coffee bar."

"So bad, avoid at all cost !! Not professional, no follow up at all, no consideration for you at all. Only interested in giving quick procedures so she can get paid then never properly follow up with you or give you care and attention. Her staff is even worth, no empathy at all, no listening skills from anyone in this clinic/office. If you want to be treated poorly, then go ahead. If you want a minimum of respect and compassion, or professionalism, then AVOID DR LANGDON AND HER STAFF. She performed my C-section at the hospital on behalf on my own obgyn who had an emergency. She asked me to make an appointment a week after to follow on the C-section scar. She never visited me at the hospital to let me know how the surgery went. When I called to make the appointment, her staff made me wait 35 minutes online only to tell me that since I am not her current client, I needed to open a whole file and the next appointment available would be 12 days from now. I felt the staff and the obgyn really don't care and really don't give a damn about patients or about the specific situation. They only care about your insurance and money. When I told her I would bring my insurance cards the day of the appointment, she simply refused to book it. That said it all. I will wait for my obgyn to return, I suggest you find someone else who will care for you or and your baby's health. Truly."

"This office has no respect for your time, the expectation is you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, I have never waited less than one hour plus to be seen. This Doctor does NOT listen to your issues, she is quick to judgment and tends to disregard your needs or concerns. The doctor is clearly over booked and therefore often appears overwhelmed. I found a new OBGYN who has time to listen and address your concerns. If your looking for a new Doctor you should keep looking."
