"I absolutely love Dr. Burns and have been her patient since 2012. She helped me with my PCOS diagnosis and treatment and I always felt like my time with her was taken with care and excellent bedside manner. I have lived in another state for 5 years and still continue to drive back to visit her office for this reason. Unfortunately the last 2 years have been super frustrating with her front office staff. Multiple voicemails from myself and calls/faxes from my pharmacy unanswered, I feel like I am begging them to call me back and fighting to be a patient there and just wasn’t worth my time and struggle anymore."

"Dr, Robi Burns is fantastic. Unfortunately, I’ve been trying to reach the office to reschedule for over a month. I’ve called multiple times weekly, with no callback. I live 45 minutes away and have driven to appointments as I truly think Dr. Burns is worth it. I’m on my second month of reaching vm’s wire no callbacks. I’ve called morning/afternoon, etc. Sadly, I’m now searching for a new OBGYN because of the office staff."

"Dr. Burns is a wonderful doctor, but the office is a mess. Every single time I have needed any sort of record or document (bloodwork orders, receipts, prescriptions etc), it takes a million phone calls and they still don't manage to get you what you need, and never get it to you in the time frame you need it. I've had to cancel 2-3 appointments because they couldn't get me the bloodwork order in a reasonable amount of time for the results to get back to them. One time, after calling them like 6 times requesting the bloodwork order, always being promised the "message would be sent to Wendy" and nothing every happening, I was asked to come to the office in the middle of a work day and they made me wait 45 minutes just for them to hand me a piece of paper. This should not be so hard!! Right now I have been calling and requesting a receipt for 6 weeks now (about 15 phone calls and messages), and I'm still waiting for them to get it to me. I can't use my health savings account for other doctors now because this office won't give me my receipt. It's too bad when such a great doctor has such a badly managed, unprofessional office, but imho it is not worth it."

"First I will say that Dr. Burns herself is a great doctor. However, the office is a disaster. It is difficult to reach anyone when you call, but most importantly it is nearly impossible to get the office to do anything for you AT ALL, like give you records or orders for bloodwork or anything. If you are seeing Dr. Burns for hormone treatment, you will need bloodwork more than once/year, and yet they will not give you the bloodwork order and you will have to call every single day for weeks, miss your appointment at quest, and then you will have to reschedule your appointment with the doctor because they will only finally get you the bloodwork order 1-2 days before your appointment which isn't enough time to get the results. Oh, and the only way to eventually get the order is to make a special in-person trip to their office where you'll wait for like 45 minutes just for them to give you a sheet of paper. Similarly, I needed a copy of an invoice for an FSA charge, and it was time sensitive. I called the office 15+ times, left a bunch of messages, and spoke to someone FOUR different times (each time they promised they would send it very soon), and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for the document. My card has been shut down because I could not produce the invoice. There is no excuse for treating patients like this!!! I've found a new doctor because the inconvenience is just not worth it."

"Dr. Robi Burns and her staff are fantastic! My first appointment was yesterday. The office staff were so kind and considerate, and the prep nurse made me feel so comfortable before Dr. Burns even walked into the room. And then I met Dr. Burns. She is so awesome. Very kind, considerate, and really is willing to listen and work on a sure plan -of-attack for whatever the problem may be. I am so happy I found Dr. Burns and her lovely practice. I'd give 10 stars if I could."
