"I have never once written a review before but have never experienced such incompetence. I went specifically to the owner, Gillian, who said she had experience with spaniel’s and am mortified with the results. Ears are 2 inches uneven and she completely shaved all the way back to her legs while keeping other parts of her hair long. My family couldn’t believe it and it pains me to see my beautiful dog look like she had surgery, not a groom."
