"Lovely visit, start to finish. I had an emergency and they saw us right away. They were even very kind and helpful on the phone before I drove over. During the visit, they got us exactly what we needed. My dog was very loved and take care of, and it was a relief to experience such level of care in a stressful situation. My dog left with a 'no flap hat' due to a lesion on his ears. Had no idea something like that existed... And I'm at ease knowing I don't have to clean up his blood splatter everytime he shakes his head and re-open the wounds. Hope that helps the next owner with floppy ears!"

"My dog, Daisy, passed away by the river behind the vet clinic in a peaceful spot with the sound of the river flowing. It was important to not put her down in the clinic since she has severe anxiety at the vet. Maddy stood by while I cried and carried her away when I was ready, never interrupting. She is the best. The sun broke out of the clouds while I sat there as if Daisy just burst into heaven. It was completely overcast otherwise. I never would have had such a special moment anywhere else. I'm so thankful for Sierra Pet Clinic."

"It's hard to write a review when you're so upset but the staff at the pet clinic was very nice they took her in immediately and took very good care of her the prices weren't too bad to ask considering it was such an emergency I'm very grateful for all the help they were very easy to find they were very good with her they took good care of her while she was there they were very nice to me too because I was a complete mess. To update my original review I took her home and unfortunately she passed away from her injuries a couple hours later but at least she wasn't in pain thanks to the Sierra pet clinic I wish I could say the outcome was better but at least they did everything they could to make it a smooth transition for. I'm going to bring her down there to have her cremated they really are a very nice place."
