"Worse experience ever! It has taken some time to write this, but I want to make sure that other readers know there are other options for OB/GYN care! I had 2 of my 4 children (all were c-sections) with Dr. Najima and although she is a wonderful surgeon and very professional in the hospital, she was awful in her office and exam rooms. My pregnancies were very close together but all healthy and happy babies. Dr. Najima was not happy about that, and she chose to express her own personal views about my back-to-back pregnancies. She did this so much so that with my last pregnancy, after getting an initial ultrasound to confirm pregnancy, she decided to be in my best interest to tell me all of the risk involved (which I appreciated) but her ONLY focus was the negative and never the fact that I could have healthy pregnancy! She even went a step further to tell me to terminate the pregnancy! She told us the location of the clinic and the doctors name and that she would recommend her own daughter to have an abortion too. My husband and I immediately left the office, did not schedule anymore appts and requested my medical records. We went somewhere else and had a full term healthy pregnancy. I’m happy to say that I have a healthy, happy full of life 3 year old daughter. She’s a true Miracle! Dont waste your money or time on this doctor. There’s many more to choose from in the Reno/Sparks area that are more caring, have proper bedside manner and don’t push their agenda down your throat. Thanks Google Reviews!"

"Love Doctor Najima, she has taken care of my three pregnancies. One being twins and my yearly check ups since 2007. She is straight forward explains everything in detail, answers all your questions, very kind and professional of course. Her staff is very nice and she is always reachable. I would recommend her."

"Dr Leah Najima is the BEST OB and surgeon! She has delivered two healthy babies for me via c-section and I don't even have a scar or numbness since second c-section when she spent extra time after the delivery cleaning up scar tissue and making me look pretty there. She always leveled with me when I was gaining too much weight and helped with my fear of vaccines while pregnant. She is a fantastic MD! My husband and I tried for 3 years to make our first baby and when I started bleeding in the first trimester, her clinic was the only clinic in Reno that would see me (as I was not a patient of hers yet). Dr. Najima was very compassionate even though all the other clinics in town that I called said I was probably having a miscarriage, Dr Najima saw me the following day and leveled with me but also gave me great and hopeful advice and we delivered a healthy baby girl with that pregnancy. Our next pregnancy was also tough in that we struggled again getting pregnant. After a year of trying and a miscarriage she strongly urged me to give her 3 months on Clomid (an inexpensive medication) before going to the fertility clinic in Reno. I got pregnant on the second month and had another healthy baby girl. Dr. Najima is a fantastic MD and human, I cannot stress this enough! If you are lucky enough to become one of her patients you are in great hands. Also Dr Farringer at the practice is great too, he delivered babies for my friends and everyone loved him also. Her office staff is great too. The blonde lady that does your medical billing is great and there is a really nice lady that always answers the phone, she is so sweet."

"Dr. Leah Najima is a Boss! My husband and I both loved her. She is straightforward and funny. She shared her experiences as a mother which I really appreciated because I was a first time mom over the age of 35. Their office is very efficient. Each visit, I was in and out. I never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 min. I work full time so that was very important to me. The entire staff is very nice and easy to communicate with. On D-day, the doctor was there and the nurses were like angels. We ended up having an emergency c-section with Dr. Najima performed. It went really well and I am very thankful that she was my doctor."
