"I was attending a conference at Caesars and found it refreshing to walk the 40 minutes to/from this Marriott which was thankfully much quieter. The staff were friendly, the room well laid out, though perhaps the bath/shower could use a little modernizing, but it was clean and the water pressure suitable so no complaints (the rest of the bathroom was more than adequate)."
"I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at the Las Vegas Marriott, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a courteous, well-dressed, and attentive front desk representative who set the tone for the entire stay. The room welcomed me with a delightful surprise—a specialty box of chocolate caramels adorned with Las Vegas logos, a bottle of champagne, and two champagne flutes. The room itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and boasted a breathtaking view of the Sphere. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, thanks to Winnie's exceptional friendliness and wonderful personality. The variety and quality of food at the buffet were excellent, making each morning a delightful start to the day. Overall, the Las Vegas Marriott played a significant role in making my 40th birthday celebration truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for top-notch service, comfort, and a touch of Vegas charm."
"I never leave negative reviews, but this was certainly a unique experience. After a very exhausting travel schedule from Arkansas to Las Vegas, I was completely wiped out. I arrived at the hotel looking forward to getting some rest. Instead, I was stressed even more. Before leaving Arkansas, I had not realized that I left my company card behind. Although, I reserved the room with the card and my name is on the card....and I had other pieces of information to confirm who I am and my role as Executive Director in the company, I was almost turned around and forced to find last minute lodging in a city that I knew nothing about. This exchange took place for almost an hour before they finally arrived at a solution to let me in my room. Although this was very humiliating, because it all took place at the front desk in front of other customers, it was the stress and being mistreated after what was already a stressful day of travel. I am hopeful they get this right for the next person."
"I have stayed at this location several times over the years. I've always found the rooms to be clean, the food in the restaurant to be very good, and the staff to all be super friendly and helpful. This last trip was an exception. Though most of the staff was great, there was one particular host at the restaurant that was a terrible employee. On the morning of Friday, February 1, 2024, a colleague and I requested a table around 11:30AM. I mentioned that we weren't sure if we were eating lunch or not and that we might just visit over a cup of coffee. The restaurant was not busy at this time and there were several open tables; however, she advised that she could only seat us if we were going to eat. So I told her that I would be happy to order food if that was necessary to get a table, and I would be happy to pay for the food, though I may not eat the food. She then advised me that she would not seat us unless she knew that we were going to eat the food we ordered. I said, "Are you serious? What concern is it of yours if a guest east some, all, or none of their food? Do you ask that to all of your guests?" She proceeded to tell me that she just wouldn't feel right if we ordered food but didn't eat it, so I told her, "Listen, could I please have a table? I'm going to order a cheeseburger, and I will eat all of my cheeseburger, I will eat every bite. So please, just seat us." She again said she didn't want to seat us because she didn't believe that I was going to eat my food. At this point I began looking around to see if I could find a manager or someone, and I replied, "This is ridiculous. It shouldn't matter if I'm going to eat some or all of my food, but I've told you that I'm going to eat it so please seat us or I need to find a manager." She sat us, we had coffee and visited...and I ordered a cheeseburger which I did eventually eat. I don't recall the name of this host; however, I do know that a few days later I came down for breakfast and sat at the bar to eat. She stood behind me and made comments to the bartender from behind my back as the bartender would look over at me and smirk. Yes, people can tell when they are being talked about. This was a younger blonde, on the shorter side lady who wore a long sleeve jacket a bit on the oversized side. She is very unprofessional and does not represent Marriott values."
"This property was more than expected. From check-in to check out, staff was attentive, accommodating, and very hospitable. Giving full recognition to Luna for going above and beyond. When I take a gamble on returning, Marriott Las Vegas will be my bet for sure. #HappyNewYear2024 SN: The only issue was room service food wasn't hot. TV stability and guide details... Ugh!!"
