"I brought my family here for Xmas 12-23-23 to 12-26-23 for a mix of business and pleasure and thought this would be better and safer for children then the strip. Their Xmas decor was the only positive the whole stay. Not keen on keeping pool area clean or stalked. Broken door in pool area. Both restrooms in pool clogged and dirty. Hot tub outside was not working most the time. Only time they in forced pool curfew was on Xmas making my small children sad. My wife was woken from a nap in our room by a male employee who claimed to be getting trash when they have no trash cans in the bedrooms. Literally walked by the only 2 trash cans and did not take. They do not allow anyone under 21 in bar area but that is where they serve snacks and drinks at happy hour. Asked what I should do with my children and was told by bartender to leave them on the 1st floor and go to the 2nd floor to get the snacks for them. Told them I wouldn’t let my children out of my site as that’s an easy way for them to be abducted. They didn’t care and told me that doesn’t happen in Vegas. Spoke to the manager on our last day and got a 100% refund for our 2 rooms. Got an uneasy feeling from most employees as they would dismiss others actions like they were all covering for each other saying it must be some miss understanding. Feel something criminal might be going on with employees. I would never stay here again for free."
"This complaint is a result of my interaction with General Mgr., Dustin Dwight. I stayed under confirmation #: 83163771. The reservation was booked by A. Cervantes, and I stayed in the hotel under this booking and party from 3/7-3/10. On 3/7, my vehicle was parked by valet next to a broken sprinkler and the valet person admittedly said she forgot that the sprinkler was broken and forgot to move my vehicle before it got sprayed. The next day I saw all of the hard water marks on the right side of my vehicle and I spoke to Dustin, the GM, through who I believe was his assistant manager who kept running back and forth to relay messages from Dustin (Dustin didn’t even bother to come out and speak with me). At the end of the conversation, Dustin ended up agreeing to send my car to a car wash. The next morning I came down and asked to speak to Dustin regarding where to bring my car to get it washed, and he came out and literally said “Yeah, I’ve changed my mind”. I asked why he would tell me that he was going to have my car washed just to decline and he explained that it had been raining the last few days and said the marks could’ve come from the rain. I explained to him that these were clearly hard water stains and that the other side of my vehicle did not have the stains, only the side that was parked next to the broken sprinkler. He still refused. I then convinced him to walk out to my car and he told me that the marks could be wiped off. He took a cloth and started wiping the marks, but the hard water rings are still on my car. Mind you, this is a brand new vehicle with dark tinted windows and dark rims. Now my tinted windows, rims, and paint have little surface rings all over (I have pics). Also, please keep in mind that they put orange cones where the sprinklers were broken after my car got sprayed and I have pics of this as well. Two of the valet attendants also admitted to the sprinklers being broken. I am taking this to small claims to recover costs (since Dustin refused to assist). I classified this as discrimination because I believe that Dustin changed his mind regarding sending my car out to get washed once he saw that I was a woman. I firmly believe that if this had happened to a man’s brand new vehicle, Dustin would have bent over backwards trying to make this right! Dustin was quite disrespectful, rude, condescending, and dismissive."
"Great hotel close to the convention center and near the strip. Free breakfast every day. Sausage eggs, bacon made to order omelets, and more. Every night they have a manager's reception with 2 free cocktails and veggie sticks, pretzels, popcorn, and chips and salsa for free. The indoor pool is nice, but the hot tub was out of order for some reason."
"The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 2 adults 2 children. (Room 728) We weren’t far from the elevator and had a great view of the sphere! Our kids enjoyed the pool being open until 10pm and that it was indoors. For those who want a more peaceful soak they have adult only hours for the pool from 10p-midnight which is great. Breakfast was free. It was okay but I didn’t want it the 2nd day. They also have a gym, bar and restaurant. Parking was okay but the fee felt unnecessary as the gate stayed open (on the first night of our stay) for anyone to enter. Not far from the strip, restaurants, gas stations, groceries, etc. Convenience store and McDonald’s within walking distance. Hotel shuttle does drop off/pick up to the nearby convention center so that you can use the Monorail to explore the strip. Overall 9/10"
"Location was fine. My traveling companion and I wanted something relatively quieter than the strip. Nice view of the mountains from the bedroom. Rooms were disappointing. Dated, not comfortable and felt stale. We booked a 1-bedroom suite. The living space with pull out sofa was dingy and small. The bedroom was just okay. Bathroom was aged and not cleaned well (tons of lint and slime on the edges of the tile floor and around the toilet). Housekeeping hours found piles of dirty laundry and trash bags stacked haphazardly around the hallways. That’s not a good look to be tossing strangers’ body fluids in public spaces. Service was non-existent. The older woman attending the breakfast buffet line was rude and aggressive to my companion who also happened to be the only person of color in line, and the attendant magically lost her attitude when I (not a person of color) came to stand next to my companion. I wonder why the attendant had such an attitude towards them but not me?? I was starving the afternoon we arrived, the “happy hour” wasn’t scheduled for another 90 minutes. I purchased a bagel from the shop in the lobby, the front desk staff refused to ring it up in person despite me holding out my credit card, instead insisting it would be added to the room charge and waved me off. It was stale and soggy, honestly pretty nasty and I didn’t finish even half. Upon check-out I was handed an itemized receipt for said bagel and parking fees and found the bagel cost NINETEEN DOLLARS. NINETEEN WHOLE DOLLARS for an old, cold bagel. Mind you, few things had price tags in the shop. $7-8 would have been overpriced, but still fine from a convenience spot. $19 for a bagel is a CRIME. The young woman at the front desk argued with me when there were clearly no price tags on the items that somehow I should have known because “everything is clearly labeled”. Robbery. That alone ruined my stay. Don’t treat customers like that. Booking site clearly stated free parking but we were charged $15/day to self park. The secure lot out back was full most of the time, so we had to park in the unsecured valet lot near the highway. Give this place a pass, spend your whole paycheck somewhere that respects your business."
