"We love to stay at Hyatt’s and this is our go to place off the strip. Whenever we stay here the rooms are always clean and everyone is so nice. The breakfast is also always so good. As globalists we got a room upgrade, a snack bag and free parking. A lot of Hyatt’s don’t acknowledge globalists very well but this hotel does it the right way. Whenever we want a break from the strip this is always where we will stay. Plus it’s nice it’s right by Hofbrauhaus and the strip is only 10 min away."

"We stay at Hyatts regularly and are World members and have always been very pleased with them. That definitely changed with this hotel. The hotel itself is a run down compared to other Hyatts I've stayed in. Not dirty, just run down. The room was small, smelled awful, and was humid. There doesn't seem to be housekeeping service even though we saw the cart every day, the room was never cleaned while we were there. The TV is awkwardly placed between the sleeping and sitting areas. The water in the shower never got hot and the bathroom itself was designed very poorly, you have to step between the toilet and shower to shut the door. The only redeeming factor for the hotel is all the staff we interacted with were friendly. I don't recommend this hotel and won't stay here the next time I'm in Vegas."

"Our family with children stayed during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024. Overall rating 4.5/5. We will re-visit again. The hotel staffs were friendly and very accommodating including front desk reception. Location: Off the strip (20 minutes walk), Close to Airport (10 minutes drive), UNLV (5 minutes walk) Food: Breakfast included and enjoyable for children and adults. Restaurants: Walking distance (Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi is family oriented place to dine in) Auto Rentals: Walking distance (enterprise & dollar rentals) Pros: Affordable price, friendly, clean, pleasing service includes parking available $8/day. Cons: You could hear the airplane take off and landing during the day time."

"Comfortable hotel off the Strip. Rooms were clean, comfrotable and a good size. Good breakfast offerings, although it gets overcrowded on the weekends. Good location opposite UNLV. Bit of a hike to the Strip. Under the flight path of the airport, but noise-proofing is pretty good, it did not disturb our sleep."

"The worst Hyatt stay EVER!! I lost all my trust in Hyatt group being a 10-year member. Rooms are ancient and have zero sound proofing. Many hardware don’t work. One of the bed sheet makes me itchy. Bed is too soft and has zero support and makes loud noise while I move. The scent they use is too strong and suffocating. Can’t have any sleep here. The worst is so called free breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and couldn’t get anything to eat as there’s a crazy long line every morning and only one counter was serving. The hotel was just not ready for holiday. The only good thing is staff here is friendly. Still, will never come back and will not recommend to anyone. There are many other better options with this price point."
