"I have to say that I travel three weeks a month and I eat many hotel restaurants. In recent memory, I have an experienced exceptional customer service like I had at the Doubletree Las Vegas airport. I want to give a shout out to Jose the bartender/server. JOSE has an exceptional memory and is very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. If you are in Las Vegas, you definitely have to come by and say hello. Great job Jose. By the way, the food was delicious as well. Great chicken wings."

"I don't think I could find a more lovely hotel! Fresh warm chocolate chip/walnut cookies once we arrived, super friendly staff, happily accommodated us with an accessible room as soon as I wheeled up to the check in desk. Their acessible room was actually fully accessible! Light switch in the bathroom is at wheelchair height, a permanent seating area in the shower area that I could wheel right up to, multiple grab bars in, and near the shower and toilet. Lots of turning room between the beds and between the beds and the desk and dresser, and the complimentary robes in the accessible room were a lovely touch. Mini fridge, coffee maker, safe and iron in the room as well."

"One elevator has been broken for at least 2 weeks. Water was shut off to replace 4 water heaters before checkout the morning we left. These things indicate very poor maintenance. Poor selection of after hours food. We had to ask for hot water to make tea. No microwave available for customer use. All employees were courteous and responsive. I believe the problems listed here are a result of management decisions. I'll stay elsewhere in the future."

"The location is a bit far from everything. My room was ok, though I thought it was a bit dated. I hated going to each switch to turn off the lights. They should have this centrally at the bedside table. The room should also have a card enabled electrical switch so that when you get out of the room, you get the keycard, and everything turns off. All hotels in Europe have these and should be a standard. Wasted energy isn't good. Enjoyed my breakfasts there. Service was great although the food seemed to lack variety."

"Convenient shuttle to and from the airport that runs every 30 min. Clean room the one day it was cleaned. I was unfortunately skipped on my 2nd day and returned to my room to find that mornings damp and used towels still on bathroom floor. Decent breakfast though certainly not worth 15.00. I only had it once. Clean lobby and hallways. Quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler."
