"This hotel was not too bad. It is in need of renovation, but was good for what it is. It's probably only a matter of time before it gets swallowed up by the glitz and glam of the Vegas Strip. Cora, the lady at the front desk was awesome. We enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was a little beat up. 1 elevator was out of operation. Hallways a bit dirty/stained. Hallway wrecked of pot. Gym equipment very limited and broken. Nearby bar was blasting club music for 2 hours but thankfully turned it down. Was generating my room. Other guests were pretty loud in the hallway. Room was small but clean. No room service. Breakfast was hot but very limited."

"Great option if you're looking to visit the Sphere. Price was right, staff was friendly and helpful and it's walking distance to the sphere. Rooms could use a face-lift but we had zero issues with our room which was clean and comfortable."

"Nice hotel. However, my husband hung my heated vest in the closet and I didn't know it. We checked out and headed our way to California. I discovered my vest was missing. We called Fairfield and thought it might have been in the lost and found. No such luck. Anyhow, lessons learned to not hang stuff in the hotel room. Make sure to check the room before leaving to make sure you have all your belongings."

"I am a Marriott Titanium member and I do not recommend this hotel. Two big issues: staff are friendly but they do not provide a good service. We were 4 in the room and only had 3 towels, asked for extra towels and they did not deliver any. I had to ask for a second time and heard that they do not have enough. It might have been ok if this was accompanied with an apology but it was not. I can describe it as poor communication and poor customer service. Second issue with this hotel is the parking lot is not gated, and the surrounding areas look a little unsafe during late evening. If this is an issue to you there are many other better options. Breakfast quality was below average. The hallway carpet is old and smelly but our room was proper and clean. Overall conclusion is this is very disappointing from Marriott usual quality."
