"Ok...I am a timeshare owner with Worldmark which has been fast going down hill AND I work for Best Western hotel. I tend to be a bit critical and brutal honest. I can HONESTLY say this timeshare rental is spot on perfect! We were in #148 and upstairs unit. It's quiet! It has adequate stocked kitchen. It has a VERY HOMEY FEEL unlike Worldmark time share. It has wood floor which are extremely easy to clean and very hypoallergenic for those prone to allergens trapped in carpets. It has a wonderful cast iron tub for nice soaks...but here is the ONLY ding I give this place. With the average age of people that book a place like this being in their 50s and the number 1 place for slips and falls being in the bathroom, specifically shower/bath area...there is NO grab bar. This should be standard safety item in ALL accomodations be it hotel, timeshare or private rental. The balcony provided a perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee. The stairs to the unit are wide with good hand hold, and for a person with mobility issues, I felt safe and comfortable using them. The bed was very comfortable and overall, just plain cozy and there was adequate extra bedding for the hideabed couch. The couches were inviting and said "slouch into me and get comfortable". Everything was functional. Staff is reachable 24/7 The grounds are impeccably maintained offering a small hot tub, lovely waterfall that would make nice extra honeymoon pictures and a very nice BBQ area Really, I could not find anything really wrong with this facility except for no grab bar in the bathtub/shower. Check in was different with no really one on one...it's like a zoom meeting for check in, but it works and that is what is important. I will definitely put this as my go to spot for a locals getaway to Tahoe's north shore. To the owners: keep up to good work. I know it's hard but it is rewarding."

"Pros: Good value for the money considering it was a holiday weekend (4th of July); Staff checked twice when we got in by calling the room; Nearby food places and beach area; Free parking; Grill Cons: Virtual Front Desk; no AC (there were fans though); we asked for a large bed and second floor unit, but was given a first floor and a full sized bed (not large at all)-- wasn't really a huge deal but people upstairs stomping around (uh uh)"

"I got a special deal on this place.... and to be honest without the deal I would be out. At first glance the townhouse style was nice, Recently renovated and clean we were happy at first. But the devil is in the details. First its designed so the up and downstairs can be rented seperately. so you walk into the house and there is a card locked door for going upstairs and another for th first floor..... but there is no lock at all for the door going outside.... so if you're renting both floors you cant secure the outer door and have to lock the inner doors and use the keycards to interact with each other. Second the walls and floor are thin so anything that happens on the second floor reverberates though the first floor.... honestly even flushing the upstairs toilet can wake up sleepers downstairs. But wait, there is more.... the heating does not really cut it on a January night and we were told the heating is not rated to heat the full house AND its really easy to runout of hot water.. I literally could not fill the loft spa/tub without running out of hot water. Its seems they cut every possible corner on this place and I honestly would not recomend it to others."

"Love waking up to construction at 8 am after a long journey the previous day to get here, the place itself is nice. Main issues were of course waking up to beeping sound of construction vehicles, hammering, loud talking with window open, etc. also the shower is either scorching hot or cold. The drain doesn’t drain fast either so you’re basically taking a bath/shower."

"We rented an upstairs studio apartment for 3 nights. The location was great and the unit was clean and completely supplied with everything we needed (including pots and pans, a full-sized refrigerator, a toaster, and an extra large microwave). The virtual check-in (ie you walk into an empty portable building and interact with a wall-mounted monitor) was off putting and advance notice that that’s what will happen would help. But when you phone the “front desk” for assistance they (wherever they were) Would take care if it immediately."
