There are fun, challenging, and unique classes to be taken every single day of the week to accommodate any schedule. The instructors are truly world class, but extremely down to earth. They are all past and current performers with decades of experience, and the ownership of this studio consistently offers workshops you can’t find anywhere else. Shoutout to Fawnia, Jenny, Brenda, Dani, and Jasmine for sharing their incredible skills and experience through the best pole, heels, and choreo classes I’ve ever taken-all with an incredible price and location. "I love this pole studio! The instructors are very attentive to each individual and motivational. The atmosphere is always supportive and welcoming. My favorite studio is #2 with the higher ceilings/poles. There is a lot offered here from a variety of pole classes to hammocks, Lyra, fitness classes, self defense, exotic, stretch, yoga, etc. You really can’t go wrong with any of the instructors. If I wrote about how great each individual instructor is this review would be far too long (longer than it already is). The owner, Fawnia, truly puts her heart and soul into the place. You’ll see her around always with a smile and a positive attitude. This family atmosphere is the perfect place for beginners who are starting from nothing all the way to advanced students who are looking to expand their horizon."

"My home away from home! All the instructors are incredible! Brenda, Jenny, Nichole and Kaity are the best! The handstands class Jenny teaches is my absolute favorite. The environment is super welcoming and a safe space for women to express themselves, get physically functional, love their bodies! The Owner Fawnia is so kind and has been an absolute blessing. She is so supportive of her staff and clients! Highly recommend!"
