"They just did maintenance on this between feb 20th to march 1st. It is now open. Avoid coming here 7am -11am Monday through Friday or Saturday depending when the track team practices. Parking can be a pain because students park here to for school. This is the only track and field I can find with 20 minutes from where I live. Did my tempo runs and it's clean and I'll keep coming back here. Happy running."

"Best place for running in Vegas. I usually trained there early in the morning (from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM), the stadium was always open. Before you go there, I recommend to check the opening hours - there is the sign with the opening hours near the main entrance ;)."
