"I shop here often and I have had great customer service but this last time I came away with the thought of my half hour drive to this store was not worth it this time. I had horrible customer experience, most were too busy to help me and were not at all enjoying their job. Christmas time is hectic, but it's also an opportunity to retain and gain new customers. I was not treated as they were interested in neither, this time. It was not just one but several of the team members with the exception of Tristan and a young African American cashier whom I wish I remembered his name. Because of these two employees I will bring my business here again although I will considering shopping for shoes for myself and other family members some place else."

"Not bad place to get good shoes. There are some good shoes there like I saw air forces and many other high demand shoes people may like. There’s also more regular shoes for others which I got one of them. Location is alright. For customer service, there are some workers that aren’t the best."

"The store was recently remodeled and looks awesome inside and outside they added some cool yellow glass that makes the storefront stand out. This location has almost no Jordan’s which is very disappointing. The store is huge and has tons of shoes and a massive selection of woman’s and men’s clothing which takes up about 60% of the store. Today I noticed they are selling “refurbished” shoes which seemed a bit odd but lots of people were buying them and I heard many of them commenting on what a good deal they were getting. Every time I go here there’s a Metro officer standing in end store and they always seem to find very nice officers."
