"Love this gym overall. A few of us have asked the correct people to please order the 30 lb barbell for more than 4 months. They said it was ordered months ago- yet there are not either 30 lb barbells here. 3/14/2024 update--- They responded to this review professionally and said they would personally ensure it would be replaced! "This gym does nothing to maintain itself or fix issues. The showered have been out of order for close to 7 months. SEVEN months!!! The sauna is out of order once a week or every two weeks. The door handle broke to the sauna 5 days ago and hangs limply by a single screw - no handle on the inside in order to pull it shut behind you in an effort to keep hot air in. The pool heater is kaput once a month. Currently it has not been working for three days. The scale in the men’s room has been broken for several months. I was told to use the digital scale in the common area but I’m also assure that walking naked thru this area will get me barred from the gym. Back to the sauna - some of the boards were broken on the seating - took two weeks to replace a couple 2X4’s! Locker room: several lockers have had the doors ripped off them…no attempts to repair and it’s been months. At least two lockers have noted on them saying that the lock will be cut if not removed by a certain date. One of those dates passed two months ago. The other passed two weeks ago. You will not get what you pay for here. Go to LVAC."

"This review is for the kids club attendants: Krystal and Elijah, they are very attentive to the kids and I feel at ease dropping off my daughter when they are on shift. They keep a close eye on them and ensure they are washing their hands and not landing on top of each other at the bottom of the slide where kids usually like to hang out. Thanks guys!"

"This gym is such a joke. Overflowing with people, nothing’s ever in service or gets fixed in a timely manner. The Showers have been out of order for like 6 months… if it weren’t for a lack of gym options in this area I’d cancel in a heart beat"

"I have been training in this gym for years now. As I have gotten older my fitness requirements have eased a good bit so I’ve been able to deal with the regularly out of commission equipment, the lack of any gym etiquette, and the overall lack of concern for any of the conditions at the facility by the staff. Responses to these posts and the email surveys get form letter responses which is exactly what I’ve come to expect. Think I’m exaggerating, scroll through the responses to these reviews by the District Operations Manager - #cut&paste Staff is generally polite but spend more time hovering around the front desk talking to each other rather than on the gym floor where they should be- addressing safety and etiquette issues. This is not fair to all of them as EōS has, over the years, had some outstanding personnel, but they don’t seem to stay- can’t imagine why…!?! (“People don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad leaders”) In the wake of this steady decline, I have dropped my membership. It’s true, my fitness goals are far less stringent than they use to be but there’s only so much you can take, even at the low price. I would say you get what you pay for but what’s a good price for aggravation? Finally, please don’t feel compelled to reply with how disappointed you are to hear that I’ve had an experience that was “less than excellent“. Either: A) you aren’t disappointed enough to do anything about it or B) you don’t know what to do about it. - neither is a good look. P.S. if you’re thinking of canceling your membership to go to a real gym, pay close attention to your billing date. I canceled my membership in November and the EŌS contract which requires 30 days notice (so it’s not really month to month) lets them bill me all the way out to January 25th."
