"VGA is a great place for your kids to not only learn a sport, but to also learn about being a part of a team. The coaches show by example how to be considerate and support each other. They know when and how to push kids to do their best, and are always there to encourage and support them. My daughter (who has only been competing for about 2 years and is nowhere near their top gymnasts) recently sprained her ankle during practice, and 2 of the team coaches, as well as one of the owners of the gym, have text me to check up on her. Their actions prove that they're not just all talk, they truly care about their gymnasts!"

It looks chaotic at first glance with all the teams and rec classes practicing but you quickly realize how organized and efficient this gym is! Perfect balance of fun and grit have improved my little gymnast and she has made the best friends on her team!
