It’s nice to see her level of customer appreciation which is rare these days. Walt should seriously consider a career in comedy , extremely witty and funny !!"

"They cancelled my daughters flight home for the holidays due to mechanical failure. I know plane stuff happens but take care of your passagers. Instead of being a good company they just move her flight to the next day and is like "hey we know your stranded but we don't care, come back tomorrow " 0 effort was made to even find her another flight. That's awful customer service to strand a 20 year old college student with no money in a strange land. I wont fly or buy united again. If you want to fly a airline with bad customer service united is your best bet. UNITED where we don't care about our passagers."

"I don’t know who I talked to on the phone but they upgraded my flight to more leg room for free! That was amazing and very nice of the guy at United. The seats in coach are WAY too close together. Worst than any other airline that I’ve flown on. So extra legroom was great!"

"Their scales don’t work properly. Even when they are empty, they read at .5lbs. I brought this to the attention of the agent and he just shrugged his shoulders. My bag was 1.5lbs over for an international flight and they had me take two pounds out. There were only a few people in line, but the 4-5 agents were struggling to handle them."
