"If I could give less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat !!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! The phone receptionist is rude, does not listen and continued to repeat herself ! Very unhelpful in my process of getting my son evaluated. I would never recommend anyone here! Your “Students” need to learn respect and how to listen ! I am highly disappointed and will send everyone I know away from this place. Super disappointing in an already tough situation."
"I had my intake Oct 7th, and was told I would be contacted within a week - I was not. I finally called today (almost 2 months later!!!) and was informed that there has been a mistake. It's great to know that I paid the intake fee, and the only options I was offered were "We can match you now or give you community referrals". If you want to be treated by professionals, and you do because mental health issues require proper care, go elsewhere. If Practice does not care to do the administrative side properly, what else are they lacking? Very unprofessional."
