Reviews
"The doctors are great but one of the receptionists at the front desk at the Henderson office is absolutely awful. Every time I come she’s rude and unprofessional. Both of the other offices are so better!"
"I have been taking my daughters to Dr. Teisch for 8 years now and she has been wonderful. Very responsive and caring and they love her too! I highly recommend her!"
"I might change this review if the office decides to call me back. Weeks of being blind transfered and messages left they refuse to call me back about my child's test results. I guess they like to force people to go over there and cause a scene. It's ridiculous and we used to love this office but it's gone downhill with the service."
"Dr. Hodapp is the best…period. He was mine and my sister’s pediatrician from birth to 18 and now he’s caring for the next generation of children in our family. The office is clean, staff are competent and friendly, and the providers rock!"
"Yesterday I brought my girlfriend to this health office, as Directed by the discharge papers received from the ER. My girlfriend has a compression fracture in her Third Lumbar Vertebra, which is a painful and dangerous injury, should it be further damaged. The ER simply told us she should be taking Tylenol and were unable to prescribe us anything else for the pain she's bearing. Since the Tylenol was not making much change for her, we got this appointment and were excited to have some sort of solution for the situation. We get there for our appointment and the front staff aren't very polite with us and seem irritated by everyone there. I do not remember the nurses name, but she was very nice and did great. after she brought us to the room, we waited thirty minutes for Dr. Tiesch who did not introduce herself upon entering, which would have been fine, had she been any help. After she entered the room, she asked what was going on and my girlfriend and I explained the situation. She seemed to somehow immediately assume we were there as a joke because my girlfriend is 18. She responded to our explanation by saying "First of all, you need to be more like your boyfriend and know your own medical history and injuries." Then she says something like "Neither of you should be here, you are an adult and need an adult doctor, and you should know this." I told her we were directed here by the discharge papers and she said she understands but we shouldn't be there. She then told us she would refer us to a spinal surgeon, which I told her the ER said she(my girlfriend) wouldn't need surgery and the Doctor snapped back at me that the Spinal surgeon will be the one to decide that and they are the spinal expert. She then told paizley she shouldn't be active or doing any work until we saw the next doctor, yet didn't offer a doctors note. Then, as she rushed us out she reminded us that "Neither of you should be here."Firstly, I'd like to give Dr. Tiesch the benefit of the doubt and say she may be fine at her job with children, but I have never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone, let alone someone I have come to help for. Literally every fast food worker I've interacted with has been more professional towards me than she. Secondly I understand we were 18 and Legally adults but there is no rule that says we couldn't be there, and the only reason we were there was because that location was on the discharge papers. Thirdly I understand there may be an actual reason she couldn't help us but she did not tell us a single reason. Lastly, I'd like to acknowledge the fact that this interaction was no longer than 45 seconds after we waited for 45 minutes, and there was not one moment she seemed at all concerned about my girlfriends injury. I hope you all find someway to communicate with your patients that you will not serve them before you charge them and make them wait almost an hour."
