"Drove across town with a sick child after I had called and made an appointment. For them not to be able to assist me. The new staff there is TRASH we have been going there for over 12 years. Susan is a nice DR but the new hired there are horrible no good customer service at all. They could have at least told me over the phone."

"Dr. Fernandez is great. However her staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND INCONSIDERATE of her patients. We had a scheduled appointment on 26 October at 2:00 PM. And they called the day before reminding us so. When we got there, the door was locked and after I called, the front desk said they were closed and "tried to call us", to inform of the said closure. Of course that is Garbage. I even had to make arrangements with work to meet this appointment! So I'm extremely FURIOUS with her staff. Use her office at your own peril."

"I love Dr. Fernandez and everyone in the office is always helpful when we need it. I can get into appointments when weneed them and get referrals out to specialists in a timely manner. Yes there is a wait sometimes but what office do you go to that there isn't one. As someone who works in Healthcare I would and do recommend Dr. Fernandez to my friends and family."

"This by far my worst pediatric experience I have ever had! And I never do reviews but I'm extremely mad. When I moved to Dr Fernandez office in henderson .she saw my 14 and baby of 10 months i believe. she was so nice, took her time, was very nice and did listen to my concerns. Well my toodler is now 2 years old... has been having fever since Saturday and I took him to quick care where they didn't give him anything and recomend me to take him to pediatrician, I called on Monday they can't take him , they don't take walk ins.. and if he's in fever again I need to go to the quick care again.. it's Friday and my son has fever again I called again.. receptionist in front desk said the same thing.im booked I don't have anything open until Tuesday at tropicana location and you'll have to wait a 2 hr.. I told her that it's very disappointing not being able to take a kid with fever, or try to make any room for them. She said I'll I can't tell you is to take him to a different quick care.. and Dr. Fernandez now just goes in and out of the rooms. They don't put the prescription to the farmcies... I had to call back a few times to see what was going on. Dr Fernandez may be good but she does not give quality to her patients. They need another pediatric so they both can have time with patients and have tome for emergencies emergencies take care of kids."

"I met Dr. Fernandez during my stay at Saint Rose Hospital after my delivery of my 3rd child. She wasn't my regular pediatrician, but she was the pediatrician who was on call. She was very nice and explained herself very well when it came to questions I had about my baby. I decided to go to her for my daughters follow up appointment instead of my regular pediatrician to see how I liked her. I was running a little late, but maybe 10 min that I got there I was called right away. After the nurse did her pre-exam, we saw the doctor about 10 min later. She was very throe and explained everything very well. I had my other 2 children with me and she was very sweet to them too. All in all the appointment took about 30-40 min including wait time, which isn't bad these days when going to the doctors office. The office was neat and clean. The staff was nice. A few things I noticed was that there wasn't a separate area for the sick and well patients and the trash can in the exam room was broken. Other then that I think I might stick with this pediatrician for now, until otherwise."
