"I brought my son in for a sore arm, possible sprain. We never saw a doctor only a nurse practitioner. She did nothing but refer us to Desert radiology and suggest we see a orthopedic doctor. I WAS CHARGED $200! FOR WHAT! She didn't even examine his arm!"
"Dr. King & Dr. Vu, the PAs, the nurses, have always been absolute top notch at both locations for the last 11yrs+ for our family. I will agree with others that receptionist/front desk from previous experience needs better phone etiquette & follow through with insurance verifications, rescheduling etc. Once they didn’t cancel an appointment 6mos out & I had to apologize to Dr. Vu personally day of. Patients shouldn’t have to follow-up to ensure things are done or ready to go before our visits."
"I loved this pediatrician. Dr Chen was so great but unfortunately they stopped taking my insurance even though my insurance says they still do. Receptionist is always rude, when I tried asking questions about insurance she said she already told me they stopped and hung up. She's never friendly but we excuse it due to our daughter's daughter. Now we have to find a new pediatrician."
