"I’m so impressed by the quality and uniqueness of all their products and designs! I’ve purchased items through their online store and have also stopped by in person at their beautiful Kaneohe shop to purchase last minute gifts, both of these experiences went so smoothly. I personally found their customer service to be efficient and so helpful, they answered any questions I had about hat sizes and even made helpful suggestions about some of the items I was interested in. "It’s really unfortunate that I feel the need to give this review but the customer service is seriously lacking. I received a gift of a bucket hat and I messaged on Instagram and I didn’t get a response. I also sent an email and didn’t get a response. Both of my friends purchased items and reached out and didn’t get a response either. I understand that this is a local business but in my opinion if someone doesn’t respond it is very dismissive and quite frankly rude. It shows lack of care for customers. I wanted to exchange a size and every time I look at my hat I get upset and I think of how unresponsive this business is. I recommend if you want to purchase from this business make sure it’s exactly what you want because good luck getting an exchange nevertheless a response from them. We are all busy but we all make choices how we respond and who we respond to and if you can’t respond to a customer that purchased from you then I’m sorry I won’t buy from this business ever again."
