Reviews
"Took the pharmacy over an hour to tell me they didnt have the meds for a common prescription. Next time check inventory before wasting my time. Go to Longs Drugs nextdoor."
"Absolutely horrible service. My wife and I made appointments online for COVID boosters. One hour in, and nothing. The manager, Therese clearly doesn’t care. The staff have no systems in place, they just react. Customers deserve better. Don’t go here."
"Has a fedEx drop off in the photo department. Its not a full service FedEx so restrictions apply. Not batteries, perishables or xl packages. Items must be pre-packed and have a label"
"Most of the complaints here seem to center on the pharmacy. I never had any problem with the pharmacy. I also never met a rude worker; in fact, they are all very helpful. Maybe, at the beginning of the pandemic, there were more problems, but I never personally encountered any. I like their online service best. They pack your items for you to pick up. Their sales are phenomenal if you are a member. Their prices are good even if you are not. Their in-store stock is smaller than CVS (Longs), but that means less distance to cover to see if what you want is in stock, too."
"I went to this place with an eye infection that was so bad the eye was swollen shut. First they debated cash (they wanted my credit card) as payment and then refused to treat me because I could not find my ID. They told me it’s illegal to help me without an ID.That is a complete lie. Why does a cash paying patient need ID to be treated for a infection? These people are unethical liars and a disgrace to the medical profession. I am a retired RN with 35 years of service in an ER . I went to Castle hospital and they had no problem taking care of everything. Minute Clinic is disgusting."
