Smith's

"Today is a very windy day in the valley and I had already been to one store and the power went out. Smith's was the 2nd store I had been to. Maria was ringing me up in the liquor section and there was an issue and she had to void out my transaction. I believe they were having issues due to the wind. Their power had already gone out once today as well. Maria went and got help to get me checked out. 3 registers later I was successfully checked out. She stayed with me and apologized the entire time. Amazing customer service!!!"

"It's where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping. They are not too pricey, it helps to have their rewards card. They have an excellent meat department and the selection of pastry and fresh baked goods is impressive. I suggest you give them a try."

"Warning: this store will threaten to tow you when legally parked in their lot. I'm not sure if security is just bored and needing attention from metro but after telling them I was waiting for a tow when the chargers in their parking lot overloaded a high voltage module in my car and rendered it undrivable they called metro on me while I waited on my tow. While waiting security kept trying to egg me on by passing by numerous times and recording me while I waited. They acted childish after metro left, seriously unbelievable. Looks like the same security guy from the review below mine. Beware."

"Metro security harassment said I put something in my pocket but when he walked up it was clearly in my hand told me to empty pockets nothing in my pockets felt stupid took item from me I asked for supervisor he told me to leave my items and leave when I did nothing wrong continued to harass me even after I left this guy should be fired I spend hundreds every week here and I still bought the item at pharmacy where I was to pay for it when picking up medication went to Walmart to buy my bread n oranges because of harassment from security I will be back to file formal complaint"
