"This isn’t the 1st time. Annoyed that cashier rang up up wrong pricing when I did it through the app like they tell us to do. Since I was bagging my own groceries, I wasn’t able to check the pricing til after everything was rang up. When I got my receipt and noticed before I left, they told me to go to customer service where it took almost 30 mins waiting in line to get my refund of $5. Definitely left a bad survey and now this review. Terrible service"
"The customer service at the liquor department was horrible. I stood there with another customer while two employees had a personal conversation and totally ignored us. I shop here all the time and this store has gone downhill over the last couple of months including one of the new managers that I've witnessed being rude on a couple occasions. They do have a cashier, Robert, who is totally awesome and super helpful and nice."
"Wonderful store the employees are helpful and courteous and always smiling. The store is well kept and always clean. I only have one complaint they don't carry Cholula Wing sauces instead I have to go to another Smith's on Decatur and Dessert Inn to get my fix LoL"
