Sat in my car for over an hour & watched multiple people wait with me wondering when someone was going to be back. Unprofessional & annoying."

"My daughter went to find some solution to get the dye stains of her face and body. She was a mess. The staff took her in hand and applied the solution right then and there. My daughter is not a regular customer but they were so helpful she gave them a large tip. Apparently she thought they went out of their way. She came out to the car where I was waiting and was glowing with appreciation. She looked great!"

"I had my hair colored and cut short while in Kona, Big Island Hawaii. I have very curley hair which I don’t like so went to Sally’s to find a product for smoothing and anti-frizz and a flat iron. The girl that was working was extremely helpful. Pointed me in the right direction for all the products round brush, smoothing lotion and went to back room to get a mini flat iron which was perfect for my short hair. Also offered the membership which is $2.50 year but you also immediately get $5.00 off any item. Just need to make one regular purchase and then on another transaction she took $5.00 off the curling iron which ended up being $15.00 so was very happy with the purchases. Prices are very affordable on all the items I looked at. After trying the items later that day they were spot on. Highly recommended."

"Very disappointed!! I showed up to grab a last minute item I needed for my hair client in the morning, I arrived at 6:50pm (store hours posted said 7pm) and the staff had already locked up the store when I knocked because I could see them standing inside the store, they refused to open the door and assist me. I was so disappointed. I expect a store to honor the hours that are posted, I guess that is not the case for Kona, Sallys, I will now be doing my shopping online for my clients no point in going to a store that is not open for customers during business hours."

"I furnished my hair/makeup studio with equipment from Sally's. Although it's a pain to get things shipped to Hawaii, because of the store manager (Linda), I would do it over again. She always returns my calls, follows through on things she says she will do, and if she doesn't know the answer to something then she will find out. I give our local Sally's five stars.. The store always looks tidy. The staff seems to be happy working there and it shows. Its so nice to have another beauty supply in town (especially since the only other one that exists is open to licensed professionals only)."
