"Very rude female pharmacist. Good lord. Are you that miserable you have to be nasty to a costumer? The people on the floor were alright. They actually tried to help me. But that pharmacist ruined my day. Sorry to the other decent workers there but never stepping foot in this store again."

"I tested positive for COVID. My mainland doctor sent in a Rx for Paxlovid. I gave the pharmacy my Medicare A/B card and my Medicare supplement card. I was told insurance would not cover the $1600 Rx. I needed the Rx, so I had to put it in my cc. I now find Plaxlovid is covered 100% by Medicare. I've never had this experience with any pharmacy before. - Follow up, after five return visits over three days and 6+hours in the pharmacy, I finally got the Paxlovid billing straightened out and 100% of my charges refunded. Stay away from this place!"

"Was told less than 1 hour for a prescription. Came 1.5 hours later, told 30-40 minutes more. Then when I came back to pay, they tell me if I want to use goodrx it will be 30-40 more minutes just to reprocess it and pay. I've used goodrx many times at CVS and other stores, even in the drive through and it takes only a minute or two."

"Pharmacy don't deserve a star. Zero Stars. Something is wrong with their pharmacy. Truly. Taking it to another pharmacy. So sad. I've been going to them for years. I'm DONE with them. Rude, no more aloha, always out of stock, no communication anymore. My na'au hurts for our Kupuna who is putting up with this."

"Awfull customer service, impossible to find an employee to help you and once you finaly do they don't help you. I couldn't find an item that their website said they had, so I found the 1 employee out on the floor and asked her to help me find it and she just told me they were probably out of it if I couldn't find it. And the entire store reeks of cat litter, makes think that's what they use to clean up spills but then they don't clean it up properly."
