Heavenly Spa at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa

"As a seasoned spa-goer, I had high expectations when I visited Heavenly Spa for a facial today. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I anticipated. Firstly, the amenities were lacking. The tiny infrared sauna and the unisex pool were unexpected for a luxury establishment. I had hoped for more expansive facilities to enhance my experience. During the facial itself, I found the pace to be slow. Additionally, the number of procedures performed was minimal, leaving me feeling underwhelmed. I was particularly surprised that the esthetician did not include ear treatments, which I had come to expect as a standard part of facials at similar establishments. Considering the steep price tag associated with this spa, I had anticipated a more comprehensive and indulgent experience. I left feeling somewhat dissatisfied and unlikely to return in the future."

"Absolutely loved our couples massage with Ali and Heather - they are incredible. The facilities are traditional (in a good way) for high end resort spa - dried fruit, tea, spa water, a glass of champagne after your treatment, etc. Massage tables and face cradle were very comfortable. Bring your bathing suit for the awesome warm plunge pool! Pricey but worth it! Can’t wait to come back next time."

"Massage and facial by Sabrina was heavenly! Gratuity of 20% was factored into the price with the facility collecting 3% of that. Water, dried fruit and nuts were provided for relaxing within a private pool and whirlpool away from the regular guests. Towels, robe and slippers provided."

"Got this done last day of vacation!!! Dont know what I was thinking.....I should have been going here everyday of my vacation!! Had my dream bucket list beach massage!!! It wasn't quiet what I pictured, but it will do for now! Very nice property, service etc. Its worth the money and time."
