"I called the day before to make an appointment at 1:00 for a pedicure and full set. I show up at my appointment time and they sit me down in the pedicure chair. There is one tech working on one girl and one tech working on me…those are the only two employees working at the salon. Two girls walk in right behind me who had both also made appointments at 1:00. They were annoyed because they had made appointments and were told to wait. They waited around 20 minutes to be helped by the girl who was doing my pedicure. I could tell the girl who was doing my pedicure was having a tough time curing the left side of my gel polish. She moves the light over to my right side and it burns my foot. She finishes and put my socks back on my feet and I put my shoes on. After I’m done with my pedicure I get up to sit at the manicure table to have my hands done. The guy tells me to come back in 2 hours. I was like “no I made an appointment for this yesterday.” He tells me again to come back in two hours. Not gonna happen I have other things I have to do today. I get home and pull my socks off the left side and they had stuck to the gel polish. I paid $70 for a ruined pedicure."

"I had an appointment, which start right on time. The Gentleman that did my nails was receptive to trying the design I showed him off my phone. He even had suggestions on how to improve the design. Super friendly. Charged $57 to remove my old gel set, and new set of design gel nails."

"Very efficient - gentleman did my fill while I was getting my pedicure. Not the greatest shaping job (were a much better almond when I went in) and some polish on my cuticles, some gaps. Pedicure was fine, some polish on my skin. Overall, the services were fine, just nothing special. Price pretty reasonable, especially for the location."

"1st visit. Waited a few minutes and they were accommodating. Also took my granddaughter, they were great with kids! 1st time doing ombre too, it came out fabulous! Much mahalo to David the young man who was the technician. New chairs and cool air conditioning in hot Lahaina town.. and they have parking! This makes it a great stop to take care of oneself, Regularly!"
