"Personalities of very miserable people. No one even broke a smile, and they sure didn't make me feel welcome. I won't be going back. If you need a dermatologist to take care of you, this is not the place."
"They are nice and probably good for most people but they were unable to treat any of my issues. they failed to identify a very textbook thing that was going on with me and I had to go in twice to try to treat it... in the end, they were not able to identify or help me with the extremely basic situation that was happening. When I finally went to another dermatologist, they knew exactly what it was only only from glancing at it and we were able to prescribe me the right medication that cleared it up right away. So it's pretty concerning that. The people that helped me here couldn't even recognize one of the most basic skin issues. :( They did not research to find an answer."
"When I first arrived the front desk lady that help me with short blonde hair (don’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. Once I got called to the back the staff was friendly as well. When checking out there were two people up front one of them called me up and was being nice but I needed additional information regarding the procedure that the doctor had recommended, I explained that to the younger girl helping me and she had another lady sitting next to her with red glasses that was rude as heck from the start rolling her eyes at questions I had and seemed annoyed. I explained to her that I was told by the Doctor that someone upfront could help me schedule an appointment for the procedure and try to figure out the cost. She was extremely unprofessional about saying she had to look up codes and she couldn’t do it right now and for me to wait. When I feel like every question I had was a valid one and that’s her job. My questions were, if she knew if my insurance covered it and if it didn’t if I could get they out of pocket cost she said I had to call my insurance and figure it out with them , she also didn’t give me a price because according to her attitude she was frustrated. At the end she said she would call me back later that afternoon or she would pass the message to someone in the back to call me back regarding my questions and to schedule and no one called me. (During this conversation there was a man waiting as well and he even looked at me and chuckled about had that lady was acting)"
"Staff was friendly and it was clean. I do appreciate the staff was knowledgeable and identified concerning moles and spots. However, I would have liked more information on the process. I was going in for some mole checks, and I didn’t know they would be removing them right then (nice not to return for an additional appt). Although I didn’t know the post procedural recommendations which would have been helpful as I won’t be able to participate in some upcoming events due to the procedure."
"I have always had eczema and every dermatologist I had gone to prescribed the same medicine even though I explain to them that it doesn't work. I went to Dr. Gray and she listened to me explain what I have experienced in the past. She didn't just ignore everything I said and prescribe me the generic eczema cream, she prescribe me a medicine based on the affected area and an ointment since creams don't work on my skin. She even gave me a lot of helpful tips! I couldn't wear makeup without a major allergic reaction, now I finally can!"
