"I had cataract surgery August of 2022 and I truly wish I hadn't my eyes has gotten worse and I've gone back several times for them to correct this issue with my eyes and I'm subscribed the same eye drops that was given previously my surgeries were done at the box canyon location. Oh but they make sure that they collect their $50 copay before I can sit down. But no one can correct my vision I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here."

"Do not book with William May, he was EXTREMELY rude to my mom. We just saw him for an appointment today. She had a possible eye infection and asked him about it and instead of answering her, he told her to “go to medical school.” Belittled her and embarrassed her in front of the medical assistant and medical student. The medical assistant seemed embarrassed afterwards and even admitted “he acts like that sometimes.” Horrible! Please do not come here. You will be belittled, especially if you are a Hispanic woman. Beware. Edit: We got a second opinion an hour later with TWO ophthalmologists and turns out she didn't even have an infection. So not only was he rude, but incompetent! Stay away."

"I established patient care with Dr. Eissa Hanna in August of 2022. As a result, I am delighted to write this Google review of Dr. Hanna of the Wellish Vision Institute in the Las Vegas Valley. Dr. Hanna has dissolved cataracts in both of my eyes. I expected that my vision would be somewhat better after the respective surgeries, however, I was not prepared for the superior results of my vision. Post-Op, I now have great vision for distance, intermediate and even close. This was totally unexpected for someone who wore glasses and contacts since my late twenties. In my humble opinion, Dr. Hanna is an exceptional surgeon and ophthalmologist. Also, he is a great and caring person. This is evidenced by the fact that when I had a question about a symptom I was experiencing after the second eye surgery, I contacted the answering service and asked to speak to Dr. Hanna. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Hanna returned my call and instructed me what to do and said he would call me the next morning, on a Saturday, to see how I was doing. The next morning. Dr. Hanna did indeed call me bright and early to see how I was doing and to make sure the symptoms had resolved. I informed him, I did as he instructed me, and I was fine by the time I went to bed on the preceding Friday night. When is the last time a doctor cared enough to follow-up with a phone call to your home, especially on the weekend? In my vast history with all types of physicians, including specialists, this was the first. I highly recommend Dr. Hanna to anyone who needs ophthalmology care and/or surgery. There is no one else I would personally entrust the care of my eyesight to. You simply cannot do better than Dr. Hanna. Finally, I also want to give a shout out to his assistants Lily and Robin. They also provide an elevated level of service to both Dr. Hanna and his patients!"
