"If I could I would rate them at a -10. On September 12, 2023, my wife was given an order to have a biopsy on her kidney. My wife is suffering from pain, having hard time walking and the kidney is pressing on her intestines causing bowel issues. Doctor Mehdi believes the growth on her kidney is cancer, but needs the biopsy to know for sure. We have called, talk to the office and left many messages, but the biopsy has not been scheduled. As everyone, but this Desert Vascular, knows that cancer doesn't sit and wait for the biopsy. The cancer continues to grow and get worse. It is so sad that Desert Vascular Institute is so heartless. With a very heavy heart I write this review."

"Called and left messages for two weeks trying to schedule an appointment for my mother. Waited hours on hold with no answer. Finally went to their location on Eastern and their ladies in the front simply called the same number I called and were placed on hold with no answers. Saying they don't handle the scheduling and would call me back. Been here 2 hours and they can't even schedule an appointment within their own company. Worst company ever."

"I’ve tried calling twice and have never spoken to a person. I’ve been on hole for 30 minutes before with no sign of being spoke too. This is very disappointing cause I just want to have my procedure scheduled and it was supposed to be scheduled asap."

"I'll start with saying I found the staff of the place very professional & caring. I did Alot of my dealings with a young lady name Tayna (forgive me if I spelled that wrong & never got her last name). She was very efficient and on top of things, from working with my insurance to keeping me informed of what was going on. Even after my procedure, she gave a follow up call to check in to see how I was & how the procedure went. Now on to the IR Doctor, apon arrival at the hospital, Dr Moldestad and his team were very efficient & caring to my concerns. They explained what to expect of the procedure & and while I was in the procedure always made sure I was comfortable and made sure if I had any questions to address them. Very top notch place from the staff up to the doctor and his medical staff."
