"We scheduled our appointments to begin seeing Dr. Phyfer 3-4 months ago. They were supposed to be today. I called to verify since I didn't receive any sort of call to confirm. I was told it was cancelled!!! We didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call! It was cancelled because the doctor is scaling back and taking a lot of time off. We sure would have appreciated some sort of heads-up about this, especially waiting for so long!! Back to the drawing board of finding a decent primary care physician!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!"
