"I will provide two stars for the fact Dr. Ram is a really great doctor! But when you have to wait of over 40 mins for a quick injection that is ridiculous! It's bad enough with having to go through this with loved ones! But making a Cancer patient wait that long for an injection is absolutely unacceptable! I ask the front desk receptionist! His responsive is its out of our control, we run behind! Yet when I ask after waiting 45 mins they tell me my dad can go on to the back? But you see the staff walking talking to each not patient related and eating the whole time? And you wonder why they run behind? And to call expect to wait for over 2 hours for no one to answer. Sad patients and family have to go through this from an office that is suppose to be working to save their lives!"
