"As mentioned in other comments, offices do not return phone calls. Voice mail say that they will call back within 72 hours. Well, it's been 20 days. The company just doesn't seem to care about their clients."

"I would suggest to look else where. I tried communicating with them over a few weeks worth of emails and never got any answers back and on top of when I called and left messages never got a return call. All I was trying to find out was how they worked? Do they offer in person or virtual, accept insurance and other small questions and just never got back to me at all with hardly any answers. Never returned my calls. Gave me the impression since I wasn’t paying cash I wasn’t trying to pay cash I was not important."

"I've only had one visit so far with Deirdre and she's awesome. Her energy is inviting. You can tell that she enjoys what she does. I will definitely be back. Front desk seems to not want to be there though. Maybe they had an off day or something."

They do not return phone calls, cancel appointments, do not refill medications and are just negligent to their patients who need help. Run far away from this place. We are filing a complaint with the medical board against the office, supervisor and doctor."

Had I read the Google reviews before taking off work early to make my appointment and still getting turned away for not bringing they paperwork they never sent me, I would have cancelled and stayed at work. Treated miserably by staff. It was their fault they didn't send me any paperwork and never uploaded the docs I did send in. Then treated as if though it was my fault for not filling it out and sending it back. Do not waste your time."
