"Wow the ladies were very rude! When I came in They looked at me and said that “do you have a license for cosmetologist” I was no but I always went to Sally’s but wanted to try this place out. Then one of the workers were looking at me smiling as if I was cheap and a low life. And she kept cutting me off saying “sorry, you can’t shop here” in a sassy way. However I then went to look up the reviews it says they just started this in Jan of 2023 no license w/ cosmetologist can not be shopping here. Very unprofessional. They should’ve approach the situation as “oh yeah we’re sorry we no longer take public now and that we just started doing this Jan of 2023 to only sell you licenses only”! But the way she said as if they were selling products to license only for generations of the time been opened."

"Store hours are not updated on google map, especially for holidays or other special days. I recommend that you call them ahead of time to make sure they are open. Their products are excellent. You need a special beauty related license to purchase their products."

You need a valid license to purchase at the practitioner's price. It's in Waipahu behind Walgreen's so you wouldn't know it was there unless you were really looking for it."
