"This is the worst pedicure I ever received. I asked for a gel pedicure. The filing of my toe nails is completely off and uneven. The gel polish is streaky and uneven as well. The polish also leaked unto the sides of my toes and was uncleaned. Some parts still look transparent while other parts don't. The guy that did my Pedi was older with glasses. He cut them WAY to short and rounded out each nail which was unnecessary when my nails were already short so they hurt a little. My pinky toes look the absolute worst. My left one looks jagged and was not filed, my right one looks like there's a dip in it because of the uneven polishing. Also the pedicure was way to aggressive, nothing about this was relaxing. I am a licensed nail tech as well but am 9 months pregnant so wanted to get a basic Pedi done since I can't reach my toes but would've been better off trying to do it myself. The guy who did my pedicure has no business performing any pedicures or providing any nail services. Do not come here as long as this guy is there. I have come here before and was serviced by Ami who is actually good but won't be coming back here again."

"I absolutely love Ami's Nail Salon! It's the very first salon I went to when arriving to the island and has kept the same quality and level of detail. I was actually surprised that Ami remembered me, as I had not been back in months after my first visit. When I walked in, she and the staff greeted me as if I had never been away! The genuine concern and attention to detail is unmatched! I'm typically in every two weeks, but have been three weeks strong w this mani/pedi (due to work) and they still look great!"

"James did my nails today with gel polish and he was so gentle and thorough. He took his time to trim my cuticles perfectly, no discomfort whatsoever! His nail polish job is on point too. My nails are always short and I feel like past salons give me a hard time about doing a good job on short nails. James was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back and see him again! The salons gel polish is a little warm on the nail under the light something that has bothered me at many nails salons but I’m very sensitive and have only found 1 salon that has carried a gel that didn’t irritate my nail-bed when under the light. Just wanted to share that part of the experience just incase someone wanted to know to help them decide on their gel. But it wasn’t the worst I’ve felt either, very tolerable."
